How to Complete Enterprise Verification?
1. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Account Overview] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. On the "Account Overview" page, click [Enterprise] on the right side of "ID Verification".
3. Read "Attention" carefully, prepare all required documents and tick the disclaimer checkbox, then click [I'm all set for ID Verification].
4. Fill in "Basic Info" correctly, upload all the required documents, then click [Next].
Note: By clicking "Save as Draft", you can save all information already filled in and return to it later.
5. Fill in the "Board Info" correctly, upload the ID photo according to the selected ID type, then click [Next].
Note: You will only need to upload the first page of your passport if you choose [Passport] as the ID Type.
6. If the company director and the ultimate beneficiary are not the same person, the Ultimate Beneficiary needs to be authenticated. Fill in the "Ultimate Beneficiary" info correctly and upload the ID photo according to the selected ID type, then click [Submit].
Note: The Ultimate Beneficiary refers to the entity that owns at least 25% of the company's shares.
7. After completing the above steps, the result will be sent to your Email in 5-10 business days. Please check your mailbox in time.
