How to Receive SMS Code via WhatsApp

1. Make sure your WhatsApp account is linked to the same phone number as CoinEx.

2. Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Preferences] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.

3. Find [SMS Code] in the Preferences page and keep it turned off by default.

Notes:

(1) If you need to use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp to receive SMS verification codes, please keep the button turned off.

(2) If you only use SMS service providers to receive SMS verification codes, please keep the button turned on.

4. After clicking [Send], you can check your WhatsApp to view the SMS code.
